Traditional Chinese Collection of practical circuits: Circuit Design, Parts List & Workshop Prototype Guide
In short: Traditional Chinese Collection of practical circuits. This entry documents a circuit & prototype taken from Chinese practical-technology literature, written for small-scale makers and home producers. The text below is the full English translation of the original Chinese workshop notes, covering materials and quantities, the step-by-step sequence, and the practical cautions recorded in the source. Roughly 6254 words of English technical text, translated and preserved without editing. It is intended for experimental and reference use, not for regulated or commercial certification.
Collection of practical circuitsIn order to assemble more practical products that are of high quality, low price, simple and practical, several practical and feasible circuits are introduced as follows.1. Cheap remote control receiver circuitThe cheap remote control receiving circuit is shown in Figure 43-1. It is composed of a high-Q antenna tuning circuit, a one-way thyristor and a relay. Figure 43-1This is a simple receiver circuit. The coils L1, L2 and variable capacitor C form a tuning loop. Adjust the capacitor C to make the frequency of the loop resonate with the frequency of the transmitter. The coil tap sends out the resonant signal voltage, triggering the one-way silicon controlled thyristor SCR to conduct, the relay J acts, and its contacts are connected to the follow-up system. The follow-up system can be a car room or hangar door, an alarm system, etc.The characteristics of this circuit are: the thyristor only needs a small trigger current (typical value is 30μA) to conduct, which means that only 30μW of input power is needed to make the relay operate; in addition, the antenna tuning circuit has a high Q value, which can effectively suppress spurious signals. When a whip or metal antenna is used, the remote control distance can reach 200~250m, and the remote control can be carried out by a low-power triode transmitter.AN is a transient switch, which is used to reset the circuit. The printed circuit of a cheap remote control receiving circuit is shown in Figure 43-2. Figure 43-22. Liquid level monitoring and temperature control dual-purpose circuitThe liquid level monitoring and temperature control dual-purpose circuit is shown in Figure 43-3. It is composed of a 556 dual time base integrated circuit as the core. Figure 43-3In the figure, the lower half of the 556 dual time base circuit, the potentiometer W, the thermistor R1, the triac SCR, etc., form a monitoring circuit for temperature control in the liquid tank. The temperature control range is 32~ …
