Corrections and submissions
If you hold process data that is more accurate and repeatable than ours — especially ratios, temperatures and dwell times — we want it. Accepted corrections are credited, and the entry notes "revised per reader [name]".
Business
Bulk orders, wholesale, or a licence to republish the English text: write in with the intended use and the volume. We do not act as a manufacturer, we do not ship samples, we sell documentation.
Refunds, security, leaks
For payment disputes, an account you believe is compromised, or a leaked PDF, always include the order number or the registration e-mail. That single line is what lets us verify inside 3 working days.
Reply time
Normally 1–3 working days. Security matters jump the queue.
