Practical Models Who Greet: Traditional Chinese Circuit Design Guide
In short: Traditional Chinese Practical Models who greet. This entry documents a circuit & prototype taken from Chinese practical-technology literature, written for small-scale makers and home producers. The text below is the full English translation of the original Chinese workshop notes, covering materials and quantities, the step-by-step sequence, and the practical cautions recorded in the source. Roughly 7177 words of English technical text, translated and preserved without editing. It is intended for experimental and reference use, not for regulated or commercial certification.
model who knows how to greetThe department store has a wide variety of products, especially the lifelike models, which add to the beauty of the store. However, the only drawback of the model is that it cannot move or speak.A model that knows how to greet a customer will give out a "Welcome" greeting when a customer approaches the model. If the viewer does not leave for a long time, the model will say 2-3 greetings and then stop greeting. After a certain period of time, the model will politely say 2-3 greetings again. If the customer leaves after listening to the model's greeting, the model will no longer say greetings until another customer approaches her, and the model will not be able to say a greeting. Therefore, placing the greeting model at the entrance of the store will be unique and play a certain role in attracting customers.1. How the circuit worksThe circuit of the greeting model is shown in Figure 66-1. It is composed of an infrared transmitter, an infrared receiver, a timing circuit and a sound circuit.Figure 66-1The infrared transmitter is composed of triodes BG1, BG2, BG3 and infrared light-emitting diodes LED1 and LED2. Among them, BG1 and BG2 form a self-excited multivibrator. The oscillation signal generated according to a certain operating frequency is amplified by BG3 and drives two infrared light-emitting diodes to emit light. The operating frequency is determined by the formula f=1.33RC. According to the value shown in the figure, the frequency f is about 1kHz. Infrared light-emitting diodes LED1 and LED2 emit a beam of invisible modulated infrared light, and its range is proportional to the emission power of the infrared light-emitting diode. The infrared receiver is composed of BG4 ~ BG7 and other parts. BG4 is an infrared photosensitive transistor, and the capacitor C4 and resistor R6 form a frequency selection circuit.Transistors BG8 and BG9 form a self-excited timing conversion circuit, which can control the timing on and off of the sound circuit. The language integrated circuit IC, transistor BG10 and speaker Y form a sound greeting circuit. The working principle of the greeting model is that when the invisible modulated infrared light emitted by the infrared emission tube encounters a certain part of the human body (such as clothes, head, etc.), it will be reflected back and received by the photosensitive transistor BG4. After being amplified by BG5, the frequency selection loop composed of C4 and R6 will select the same oscillation frequency as the self-excited multivibrator (1k The pulse signal of Hz is amplified by BG6 and half-wave rectified by diode D, so that BG is forward biased and turned on. After BG7 is turned on, the relay J is electrically closed, and the normally open contact J1 is closed. After the circuit power is turned on, BG8 in the self-excited multivibrator is turned on, and the collector potential is increased, triggering the IC. It works, and a Chinese language sentence is stored in it: "Welcome". After being amplified by the transistor BG10, the model will send out the greeting sound of "Welcome". When the relay J is closed, the timing starts, and the cut-off time of BG9 is controlled to the number of greeting sounds of 3 to 5 times. Then BG8 is cut off and BG9 is turned on to stop the greeting sound. Stop, and after 3 to 5 minutes, the greeting sounds again. The purpose of this is to prevent customers from staying in front of the model for too long, because the customer will leave automatically if he does not hear the greeting sound within a certain period of time. Without this timing switching circuit, it would be too vulgar for the customer to stand in front of the model and the model would say greetings one after another. When the customer leaves the model, the infrared receiving circuit stops working.2. Component selection and debuggingInfrared light-emitting diodes LED1 and LED2 can be selected from HG410 series, HG510 series or IR51 series, P0≥5mW, and the peak current is adjusted to 200mA.Infrared receiving photosensitive transistor BG4 can be selected from 3D rod 31, COLS series photosensitive tube or silicon photovoltaic cell.J is a 6V DC relay, such as JRX-13F.IC is a language integrated circuit, model CIC5603, which stores "Welcome"; CIC5604, which stores "Thank you for visiting". The language integrated circuit block is in soft packaging, and the printed circuit of CIC5603 is shown in Figure 66-2.Figure 66-2The transistors in the picture are all NPN type, and you can choose 3DG6, 3DK4 or 9014, etc., β>80.D is a rectifier diode, such as 2AP9 or 1N4002, etc.R1, R4, R131kΩ R2, R3, R11100kΩR52kΩ semi-adjustable resistorR6470kΩ semi-adjustable resistorR72kΩR83.1kΩR94.7kΩR105.1kΩR1268kΩR14240kΩC1100μFC2, C30.01μ …
