Practical Induction Self-control Fountain: Traditional Chinese Circuit
In short: Traditional Chinese Practical Induction self-control fountain: Circuit Design, Parts List & Workshop Prototype Guide. This entry documents a circuit & prototype taken from Chinese practical-technology literature, written for small-scale makers and home producers. The text below is the full English translation of the original Chinese workshop notes, covering materials and quantities, the step-by-step sequence, and the practical cautions recorded in the source. Roughly 7225 words of English technical text, translated and preserved without editing. It is intended for experimental and reference use, not for regulated or commercial certification.
Inductive automatic fountainWith the beautification of cities, artificial fountains can be seen in street parks, playgrounds, etc. in many cities, making people's living environment more colorful. However, every city has water supply shortage problems to varying degrees. Letting spring water spray all day long is undoubtedly a waste of water resources. Therefore, many artificial fountains spray at regular intervals. This is a waste when no one is watching when spraying water; but if it does not spray when there are people watching, it will ruin the scenery. So, someone designed a voice-controlled fountain. When you clap your hands, the fountain will spray water. After a certain period of time, the water spray will stop. Then you clap your hands again and spray water again. Although it is good, you must stand in a prescribed position.Inductive self-control fountains rely on the induction of the human body. When the human body approaches or touches the induction line, the fountain will automatically spray water immediately. When the person leaves the induction line, it will automatically stop spraying water after a short period of time. The induction lines can be arranged around the fountain. No matter which direction a person approaches the fountain, the fountain will automatically spray water without being restricted by the direction. It is more practical than a sound-controlled fountain.1. How the circuit worksThe inductive automatic fountain circuit is shown in Figure 35-1. It is composed of a proximity inductive switch circuit, a delay circuit and a fountain circuit. alt="35-1.jpg (18913 bytes)">Figure 35-1In the figure, power transformer B, diode D2, Zener diode DW and capacitor C2 form a half-wave rectification and voltage stabilizing circuit, which supplies DC working power to the inductive switching circuit. The DC power supply of the transistor small water pump is supplied by half-wave rectification of another winding. The inductive switching circuit and delay circuit are composed of two time base circuits. The first IC1 is used to amplify the induction signal; the second IC2 is used for driving and timing.Since the input impedance of pin ② and pin ⑥ of integrated circuit IC1 is very high, a weak induction signal can make IC1 work. When the human body approaches or touches the sensor M, its induction signal is added to the ② and ⑥ pins of IC1, then the output terminal ③ pin of IC1 is at a high level, and the output signal voltage is added to the base of the BG tube through the resistor R1, causing the BG tube to conduct, and the integrated circuit The ② pin of IC2: changes to low potential, and the output terminal ③ pin of IC2 changes from low level to high level. Relay J acts, and the normally open contact J1 on it closes, turning on the power of the transistor small water pump, causing the small water pump to work and the fountain to spray water. At the same time, the delay circuit composed of resistor R2 and capacitor C1 starts to delay. The length of this delay time can be determined by changing the resistance value of R2 or the capacity of C1.Determined.When the person leaves the sensor, the output pin ③ of IC1 becomes low level and the BG tube is turned off, but the relay J cannot be released immediately, because the capacitor C1 needs to be discharged through the emitter junction of the internal transistor of IC2 at this time. Until the discharge voltage on C1 is lower than the working voltage of pins ⑥ and ⑦, the pin ③ of IC2 can become low level, causing the relay J to be powered off. Therefore, when people leave the sensor, the fountain needs to continue for a period of time before it stops spraying water.2. Component selection and installationIC1, IC2: are time base integrated circuits, any model of domestic or imported time base integrated circuits can be used.J is a DC relay with a working voltage of 6V, and the JRC type can be selected. When using a small AC water pump, the contacts of relay J can be used to control the on and off of the AC relay circuit power.BG is a low-power triode, such as 3DG6, etc.R2100kΩ, R32.2MΩ semi-adjustable resistor, R14.7kΩ, R4100Ω.D1~D3 are rectifier diodes, choose 2CP type or 1N4001.C1100μF, C2220μF/16V. DW is a voltage stabilizing diode with a voltage stabilization value of 6V.LED is any type of light emitting diode.B is the power transformer. The iron core area is 19×38mm2 during production. The primary winding L3 is made of φ0.2mm high-strength enameled wire, wound 1364 times, and connected to the 220V AC power supply. The voltage of the secondary winding L1 is 8V, and it is wound with φ0.32mm enameled wire for 48 turns. The voltage of the secondary winding L2 is 40V, and it is wound with φ0.55mm enameled wire for 220 turns. The water pump used in the fountain is a small transistor water pump. You can choose a finished transistor small water pump with a DC operating voltage of 36V. Its water spray height is more than 1m.The appearance of the transistor small water pump is shown in Figure 35-2. …
