Traditional Chinese Remote controlled electronic gunshot: Circuit Design, Parts List & Workshop Prototype Guide
In short: Traditional Chinese Remote controlled electronic gunshot simulator: Circuit Design, Parts List & Workshop Prototype Guide (Electronic Device). This entry documents a circuit & prototype taken from Chinese practical-technology literature, written for small-scale makers and home producers. The text below is the full English translation of the original Chinese workshop notes, covering materials and quantities, the step-by-step sequence, and the practical cautions recorded in the source. Roughly 8033 words of English technical text, translated and preserved without editing. It is intended for experimental and reference use, not for regulated or commercial certification.
Remote controlled electronic gunshot simulatorThe simulated electronic gunfire can be used as a children's toy, and can also be used to intimidate various birds and beasts that are harmful to humans. It can also be used on the battlefield to fake the real thing and cause the enemy to reveal the target. The remote-controlled electronic gunshot simulator introduced in this article is suitable for both close-range use and long-distance operation. Its light and heavy machine gunshots are not only lifelike, but also simple in structure, low in cost, and easy to produce. Especially when used on the battlefield, it will not only cause heavy mental pressure on the enemy who does not know the details, but will also disturb the enemy's peace.1. How the circuit worksThe circuit of the remote-controlled electronic gunshot simulator is shown in Figure 58-1. It is composed of a radio transmitter, a radio receiver, a sound generator and an audio amplifier.Figure 58-1(a)Figure 58-1(b)(a) in the figure is a short-wave radio transmitter, which is a self-excited multivibrator composed of triodes BG1, BG2 and resistor-capacitor components. The loads of BG1 and BG2 are each half of the inductor L2. When the power switch AN is pressed, BG1 and BG2 are turned on in turn, generating self-excited oscillation, which induces a high-frequency voltage on the inductor coil L1 and radiates to the surrounding space in the form of electromagnetic waves. Correctly select the resistance values of resistors R1 and R2 and the capacities of capacitors C2 and C3 so that the emission frequency falls within the amateur shortwave range of 30 to 40 MHz. The oscillation frequency can be estimated according to f=1/0.7 (R1C2 + R2C3). By adjusting the semi-variable capacitor C1, the transmit frequency can be fine-tuned.(b) in the figure is the receiving and controlling electronic gunshot simulator circuit. The electromagnetic waves emitted from the antenna TX1 are received by the receiving antenna TX2. The capacitors C5 and Cv and the inductor coil L3 form a resonant circuit. It only responds to the frequency of the electromagnetic waves emitted by the transmitter. Electromagnetic waves of other frequencies are excluded. In this way, a higher signal voltage is obtained on the coil L3 and is induced to the secondary coil L4 through the diode D1 and After D2 doubles the voltage and rectifies, the triode BG3 is turned on, the relay J1 is pulled in, the normally open contact J1-1 is closed, and the electronic gunshot simulation circuit power is turned on, causing the astable multivibrator composed of triodes BG4 and BG5 to oscillate, and the relays J2 and J3 take turns to pull in and release to automatically control IC1 to emit two different sounds at intervals. The interval between J2 and J3 …
