Recycling Of Thermosetting Resin Waste: Traditional Chinese Formula
In short: Small-Scale Chinese Resin Production: Workshop Formula, Ratios & Method (Resin). This entry documents a formula & ratios taken from Chinese practical-technology literature, written for small-scale makers and home producers. The text below is the full English translation of the original Chinese workshop notes, covering materials and quantities, the step-by-step sequence, and the practical cautions recorded in the source. Roughly 2832 words of English technical text, translated and preserved without editing. It is intended for experimental and reference use, not for regulated or commercial certification.
Recycling of thermosetting resin wasteThermosetting resin waste is difficult to recycle. In particular, waste materials from polyamino acid ester resins are basically thrown away. Recently, industrial production is required to save resources and reduce costs to cope with the impact of rising material costs, which has caused people to pay more attention to the reuse of this type of resin waste. Foreign research has achieved relatively satisfactory results, which is of great reference value to China's resin processing industry. Now we will only briefly introduce the process and effects of producing automobile fenders from polyurethane resin waste:The waste material discussed here is the resin slag extruded and shed during injection molding at high pressure. Such waste materials are collected and put into the crusher 10 as shown in Figure 1, and crushed into coarse particles of 8-10 mm. Then it is moved into the crusher 20 to further advance it to the required particle size. The particle size of the waste being processed at this moment is shown in Figure 2. It has a dispersion range of 50 to 1680μ, which has reached a relatively ideal level. Then, put these powder materials and adhesive in a mixer 30 in a ratio of 85:15 and mix thoroughly. Then weigh the amount of material according to the casting needs and put it into the forming mold at 100 …
