Home Music Electrotherapy Apparatus: Traditional Chinese Circuit Desig
In short: Traditional Chinese Home Music Electrotherapy Apparatus (Workshop Practice) — Circuit, Wiring & Debug Guide. This entry documents a circuit & prototype taken from Chinese practical-technology literature, written for small-scale makers and home producers. The text below is the full English translation of the original Chinese workshop notes, covering materials and quantities, the step-by-step sequence, and the practical cautions recorded in the source. Roughly 4967 words of English technical text, translated and preserved without editing. It is intended for experimental and reference use, not for regulated or commercial certification.
Home music electrotherapy deviceMusic electrotherapy device uses electrodes to input "music current into the human body, so that patients can receive music current treatment while listening to music." The so-called music current is a pulse current with irregular frequency and amplitude. Generally, the pulse current of electrotherapy devices circulates periodically, which is easily adapted by the human body and weakens the curative effect. However, the music current changes with the rhythm of the music. Therefore, the relative curative effect is high and the effect is long-lasting. The music therapy device described in this article is a medical and health care device suitable for home use.Figure 51-1How it works:The circuit principle of a home music electrotherapy device is shown in Figure 51-1. When the plug is inserted into a certain (L or R) channel output hole of the recorder, the audio signal output by the recorder is amplified by the electrotherapy transistors VT1 and VT2, and then boosted by the step-up transformer T. In this way, a high-voltage, low-current stimulation signal of nearly 1,000 volts can be obtained at the output end of the transformer. This stimulation signal changes with the change of the music rhythm. Use two electrodes to add this stimulation signal to the relevant parts of the patient, and then it can be used for treatment.Figure 51-2Production and debugging:Figure 51-2 is the printed circuit board diagram of the music electrotherapy device. The transistor can be commercially available type 9014 or 3DG201, and the β value should be greater than 100. The step-up transformer can be used in reverse with a 200V/6V power transformer, that is, the secondary coil is used as input and the primary coil is used as output; it can also be made by making a transformer core with a cross-section of 8×8 mm2. The primary coil is wound with 100 …
